American Cleanroom Systems designed and manufactured this cleanroom for a client in need of a cleanroom for their particulate sensitive laminating process. This cleanroom needed to have high ceilings to accommodate the size of their equipment, have conveyor opening, and large motorized doors. In addition, the cleanroom was required to utilize company colors as well as a sleek appearance so that it could be featured in the client’s advertising. ACR furnished and installed this high bay class 100k/ISO8 one pass modular cleanroom with red dual large motorized roll up doors, matching red painted aluminum panels, and floor to ceiling glass walls., meeting the customer’s design needs and requirements.
