This cleanroom was designed for a customer in the R&D industry needing a class 1000 modular cleanroom with specifications including tight temperature and humidity range and special lighting. American Cleanroom Systems final design included a recirculating modular cleanroom with a custom DX AC system including a humidifier, reheat and PID control system, as well as special UV block lighting and static dissipative heat welded vinyl flooring.
