American Cleanroom Systems was contacted by a customer needing a 2,937 S.F. class 10k cleanroom to use for manufacturing and storage in their facility. Requirements for this cleanroom included large free and clear rooms, class 10k manufacturing room and class 100k gown room and storage room, and energy saving HEPA control system. American Cleanroom Systems designed and installed the cleanroom ceiling, HEPA fan filter units, modular air return walls and ACS3000 power saving system to meet customer needs.
