An AI manufacturing company contacted ACS in need of a cleanroom to host medical device manufacturing and inspection. The cleanroom requirements included an ISO6 classification due to nanometer level processes, UV block windows and lighting for photolithography operations, and the cleanroom needed to include multiple rooms to separate manufacturing processes. At completion, American Cleanroom Systems designed and manufactured a modular cleanroom with interlocked motorized sliding doors, custom material pass thru's, and HEPA filtration to meet the customer's needs.
