Modular Cleanroom

American Cleanroom Systems designed this modular cleanroom for Industrial customer in Monterrey Mexico. The specification was ISO-8 but the customer wanted the ability to open double doors to outside for 1 minute to bring material into cleanroom and have room to meet class in 10 minutes after closing the door. By upgrading the cleanroom to ISO-7 American Cleanroom Systems was able to meet this requirement. Cleanroom also had static dissipative cleanroom tile floor. Project was assembled by customer personnel with aid from ACS technical advisor.
